As someone who is a size 30/32; I can sometimes find reading plus size blogs frustrating. I know that many people are pleased that plus size fashion has ‘improved’ over the last 12 months, but in my opinion if you are above a size 28 then things haven’t really gotten better at all. This is especially true when it comes to representation, because in my opinion there just aren’t enough larger bodies seen in the places that really matter. You probably read that I am involved in Size Style; which Violet introduced here. This has been a great way for me to discover people who look more like me and have a similar body shape. I love the hashtag because it gives everyone a chance to find people who wear a similar clothes size and that’s super important! I really do want to highlight the importance of size 28+ bloggers, and so, here’s a few of my favourites.
Size 28+ Bloggers I Love

I love this blog because it is full of Disney, and who doesn’t love a bit of Disney? Alyssa blogs about all of her Disney theme park experiences, of which there are many and as a plus size person travelling to any of these parks, I think it would be super useful. That said, I always love reading her thoughts on fashion and I know she is starting to dabble in her own clothes making, which will be super exciting!

Although I would ideally follow mostly UK bloggers, just for ease of being able to get the clothes I like there area few overseas bloggers I like and Mustang Sally is definitely one of them. I like pretty much everything she wears and how she does it unapologetically. If you’re looking for someone to follow on the higher end of plus size, I would thoroughly recommend!

I try not to be biased, as Lucia from U Can’t Wear That is one of my favourite people in the world, but I love the content she puts out there. Most of her fashion content now features on her social media, but I love what she wears and how she styles things. Her write ups are always spot on when it comes to sizing advice too, so well worth checking out!
Size 28+ Instagramers I Love
Forever Your Fat Friend, Chezzleroo, Dangerously in Chub and so many others! Honestly, I can’t stress enough the importance of having a social media feed full of fat bodies, so get following people you can relate to now!
