Let’s be honest for a moment. I absolutely love my Apple Watch. I’ve been in the ecosystem for a long while and recently made the jump to the Apple Watch Ultra 2. It is a beast of a machine. One Powerplug I cannot personally test, but still love the idea of, is UltraSync for Tesla.

From this, it calculates a Drive Readiness Score and even recommends whether you should drive in Chill, Standard, or Plaid mode based on your recovery and alertness levels.

It is an excellent example of health technology being used intelligently rather than obsessively. Importantly, it is optional. The Ultrahuman Ring never forces features on you. You choose how deep you want to go.

Design: Rugged, Minimal, and Easy to Wear

As someone who wears the Apple Watch Ultra 2, I appreciate durable hardware. The Ultrahuman Ring absolutely delivers here.

The titanium shell feels robust and handles everyday knocks without issue. I chose the Matte Grey finish in a size 12, which pairs nicely with the titanium look of my watch. It looks understated, premium, and purposeful. Most of the time, I forget I am wearing it at all, which is exactly what you want from a health ring.

Living With the Ultrahuman Ring Day to Day

This is where the Ultrahuman Ring really shines. It is effortless to live with.

Battery anxiety simply is not a thing. The app gives you a gentle reminder when the battery drops to around 30 percent. My routine is straightforward. When Georgina and I are winding down with a series in bed, I place the ring on charge. By the time I am ready to sleep, it is back on my finger.

In Chill Mode, the battery lasts around five to six days. Turbo Mode is available if you want maximum data sampling, but for everyday health tracking, Chill Mode strikes the perfect balance.
