Autumn is my favourite time of year, and when the season comes around, I’m always looking for items to add to my wardrobe. Anything warm toned, and floral, that I can wear in the rain or sunshine is what I look for in autumn pieces.
I’m a huge lover of the 50’s vintage style. You can look so glam with a dress, cute heels or flats, and a handbag to dance the night away or head out for a walk in the autumnal fresh air; and with payday approaching, I’ve been scrolling through websites looking for some of my most favoured vintage retro brands. Below are three dresses, from three brands I absolutely love….
Collectif are one of my go-to places when I’m looking for something new. Their dresses fit like a dream, the prints are always to die for, and the quality of their garments are one of the reasons why they are so popular. Sizes go up to a 22 which is rather limited, but I’m hoping they will expand one day!

Voodoo Vixen are a newish brand for me. I have slowly started adding their dresses to my wardrobe as they are so fun, floaty and easy to wear. The dresses below are from their range with Simply Be and it’s proven to be a match made in heaven. Sizes go up to 4XL.

Lady Vintage were the first brand I ever bought a vintage-inspired dress from. They continue to be one of the very best, and with their sister brand, Lady Voluptuous, they are going from strength to strength. Lady Vintage goes up to a size 22. Lady Voluptuous goes up to a size 30-32.

Will you be adding any of these gems to your wardrobe during these autumn months? Who are some of your favourite vintage-inspired brands, and why?
